These Terms of Service govern your use of burrowgift.my and your purchase of products from Burrowgift. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Who We Are
Burrowgift is an independent furniture seller located at 5121 Greendale Ave, Greendale, WI 53129, United States. We sell tool-free modular sofas and whole-home furniture to customers in the contiguous United States. We do not claim affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by another company.
2. Products and Availability
We describe products on our website as accurately as possible. Product availability changes. If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we contact you at the email address provided at checkout and offer a replacement, a delay, or a refund.
3. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation email. Order confirmation does not mean the order is accepted if payment fails, inventory is unavailable, or the order is flagged for fraud review. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing error, or inventory error. If we cancel an order, we refund the amount paid to the original payment method.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Shipping is free for orders within the contiguous United States. The checkout total includes the product price and shipping. We do not add handling fees, processing fees, or hidden charges after checkout. Payment is charged when you place your order.
5. Shipping
Shipping is available within the contiguous United States only. Processing time is 1–2 business days. Transit time is 3–5 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on federal holidays enter processing on the next business day. 6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery. Remorse returns require the item to be unused and returned in the original packaging with all parts. Defective returns require photos and a description. Return shipping is free for approved returns. We do not charge restocking fees or reset fees. 7. Cancellations
You can request cancellation before your order enters processing. Once processing begins, the order cannot be cancelled. After delivery, use the return process described in our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Website Use
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes. You will not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access, scrape data, submit false orders, or use the website to violate any law. We can suspend or refuse access if we detect misuse, fraud, or security risk.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, product descriptions, logos, and design elements, belongs to Burrowgift or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Burrowgift is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This limitation does not apply where the law does not allow it.

You agree to indemnify Burrowgift against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Claims will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.
