How We Work
We keep the buying process direct. Customers order through burrowgift.my. We process orders Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CT. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT enter processing the same business day. Processing takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes 3–5 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days after order confirmation.
We offer free standard shipping and free returns for approved returns within the contiguous United States. Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery. We do not charge restocking fees or reset fees. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Our Approach
Burrowgift was built around a simple idea: furniture should fit through the door, go together without tools, and work in real homes. We focus on modular pieces that can be added to, rearranged, or replaced as needs change. Our team handles order support, shipping coordination, returns, and assembly guidance directly.
We do not claim to be a large manufacturer. We are a small furniture company serving customers online. We describe our products clearly and keep our policies visible so customers know what to expect before they order.
