Burrowgift accepts Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The checkout total includes the product price and shipping. Shipping is free. There are no handling fees, processing fees, or hidden charges added after checkout.
Payment Authorization
Your payment method is charged when you place your order. If payment is declined, the order is not processed. We contact you at the email address provided at checkout if payment needs to be updated.
Checkout Transparency
The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay. We do not add fees at delivery. We do not add fees for standard shipping. The shipping cost is free for all orders within the contiguous United States.
Payment Security
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our website. Payment providers use industry-standard security measures to protect payment data. PayPal payments are handled through PayPal’s secure checkout process.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are initiated within 1–2 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. The payment provider or bank usually posts the refund within 7–10 business days. We do not issue refunds to a different payment method.
Failed or Cancelled Payments
If a payment fails, the order is not shipped. If a payment is reversed or cancelled before shipment, the order is cancelled. If a payment is reversed after shipment, we contact you to resolve the payment issue.
