Burrowgift ships to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international addresses, or freight-forwarding addresses. Orders are delivered to the shipping address entered at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM CT enter processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on federal holidays enter processing on the next business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays.
Processing time is 1–2 business days. Processing includes order review, payment confirmation, packing, and carrier label creation.
Delivery Time
Transit time is 3–5 business days after processing. The total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days after order confirmation. This total is calculated as processing time plus transit time. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Delivery estimates begin when the order is confirmed, not when the order is placed. Carrier delays, severe weather, and incorrect addresses can affect delivery. If tracking does not update within 3 business days after shipment, contact us at info@burrowgift.my.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free for all orders within the contiguous United States. There is no minimum order value and no handling fee added at checkout. Burrowgift selects the shipping method based on destination and package size.
Carriers and Tracking
We ship with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. The carrier for your order is shown in the tracking email sent to the address provided at checkout. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after label creation.
Multiple Boxes
Modular sofas and whole-home furniture are shipped in separate boxes when needed. Boxes from the same order can arrive on different days. Tracking information is provided for each box when available. Please keep all boxes until assembly is complete and the order is confirmed to be correct.
Delivery and Assembly Notes
Burrowgift furniture is designed for tool-free assembly. Please inspect all boxes before assembly. If a box is damaged, missing, or delivered with visible carrier damage, note the damage with the carrier when possible and contact us within 30 days of delivery. Keep the original packaging until assembly is complete. Assembly instructions are included with the shipment. Do not discard packaging before checking all modules, parts, and hardware.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an address is incorrect, contact us immediately at info@burrowgift.my. If the carrier returns an order because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange a corrected shipment.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@burrowgift.my or call +1 414-458-7672 within 30 days of the delivery date. Include your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue. We review the case and provide a replacement part, replacement item, or refund after review.
